Your Guardian Angels are around you 24/7.  They are here to personally help you in all areas of your life.  One thing that I call upon my Guardian Angel for is to help me get a difficult message to another person.  For example, I had a family member who was angry with me and I wanted to "make up" but knew that a person-to-person confrontation was not what I wanted to do.  I called upon my Guardian Angel to deliver a message of love and asking for forgiveness to this person.  Within 3 days, I received an email from them (on a non-personal topic, but an email none-the-less) and believe that our healing process has begun.  Don't hesitate to call upon your Guardian Angels at any time and for any kind of help.  They love you unconditionally and want to assist you.
