Another thought on love

Lau Tzu is the author of the Tao Te Ching. But he also wrote and stated many things. His view of love:

“Love is of all passions the strongest, for it attacks simultaneously the head, the heart and the senses.”

As a teacher of maintaining balance, to do our work and then walk away, he can easily sum up strong feelings with a single statement. When you are with the one you love, and you feel intoxicated with pleasure, warmth of the heart, and chills down your back, then you realize the feelings summed up in this statement.

Show others how much you care for them; not only because you think they need to hear, witness, or deserve it, but because it feels so freeing to express the soul's inner light, which is constantly seeking any excuse to shine if you'll let it.

So stop thinking of others and think a little bit about yourself by telling someone close to you how much you care for them!
